I called these guys because I had a few casement windows that were sticking closed, and one with a broken hinge. Tony... came out and told me I could sand the edge of the sticking windows and showed me how to replace the hinge myself. Didn't charge me anything! Now all the windows are working great! I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to upsell me. I would definitely call them again for any window issues and definitely recommend them!read more

Rotten Windows Repair is amazing. We have an older home and when we moved in the doors to the deck were rotted. Not... only did he repair and salvage the doors he fixed two windows next to them. He is truly a craftsman and quoted us a fair price and worked so hard to make sure they looked perfect. We are so happy to be able to salvage the original door. He also helped boost our deck preventing future damage. Truly remarkable, highly recommended.read more

I needed to have 4 windows repaired. After sending them pictures of the damaged areas they came out and provided a... quote the next day. Their price was fair and a week later they arrived as scheduled to carry out the repairs which included replacing rotten sections and a foggy glass. They did an excellent job and I would certainly use them again.read more

I can’t say enough about how amazing Rotten Window Repair is. They repaired a rotten wood panel on our French Doors to... perfection. We were told by various contractors the door would have to be replaced at a cost of $10,000.00+ dollars, regardless that the door worked perfectly. Rotten Window Repair was able to salvage our door. They sealed it, replaced the wood and stained it. You would never know it had been repaired, savings us thousands of dollars. This kind of talent and courteous service is rear to find today. I highly recommend this amazing company. I would give them 10 stars if I could.read more

These guys rock! Fixed 5 windows that had rotten window sills and partially rotten frames for a lot less than the other... window repair company. Looks like new and will last a long time. Our windows are 30+ years old and we thought they needed to be replaced, but the two guys from Rotten Window Repair fixed them like new for a fraction of the price of new ones. Very pleased with how skilled they are, friendly and clean. Highly recommend calling them first if you are debating replacing your old windows.read more

I would give Tony and his crew 6 stars if I could! We neglected to replace our window before winter. Realizing it... wasn’t going to hold up much longer, we called Tony. He fit us into his busy schedule and came out less than 48hrs. He was honest and told us what needed to be replaced. We decided not to replace the glass at this time since we were planning on replacing the windows in a year. Tony and his crew took their time and got the job done right! Rotten Window Repair and Glass Replacement had done wonderful job at my home. We had too many windows that were having... condensation or fog. We first thought of replacing them but due to heavy budget constraints to replace windows we decided to replace glass.We did research and decided to go with Rotten Window Repair and Glass Replacement. We don't regret the decision :). Sam was very honest in giving pricing for repair and timeline. There was no pressure and repair cost was very very very affordable, we couldn't say no. We were worried about the quality of glass so decided to do only few windows at first but replacement glass was made of very high quality material so we proceeded further and completed entire home window glass replacement with Rotten Window Repair.My home now looks spectacular with new glass. Thanks to Sam and his team who definitely knows how to fix windows perfectly.Referred few of known acquaintances to Sam and will be referring in future. Great job. Keep it up.read more
