Step two: during a free in-home assessment of the condition of the window, our technician will evaluate the extent of damage to the window components. We always strive to repair what we can. We only recommend complete replacement of the window as a last resort.

Why do my windows fog up, and can this be fixed without replacing them entirely?

First, you need to determine the cause of the window glass fogging up. If you have ruled out high humidity in the room (after cooking/washing/poor ventilation), then the cause is a faulty thermal seal. In this case, the double-glazed glass unit needs to be replaced. Windows with a faulty thermal seal cannot be repaired.

How much will it actually cost to repair or replace the glass, and are there any hidden fees?

We calculate the cost of repairing/replacing a window/replacing window glass individually for each customer. The cost depends on the type of window (casement/double-hung/single-hung/garden/picture/awning/bay/bow/sliding windows/patio doors), the type of glass (IGU glass, annealed glass, tempered glass, LoE glass, pattern and colored glass), the size of the windows and glass, the degree of damage to the elements, etc. For this reason, prices are not listed on our website. We always ask our customers to send photos of damaged windows so that we can calculate the cost online. We also conduct free in-home measurements. At this stage, the final cost is announced, which does not change. We do not have any additional charges or hidden fees.

How quickly can you arrive if my glass is broken or my window won't close?

We usually arrive at our customers' premises within 1–3 days of receiving a request. If urgent service is required, we can arrive on the same day. If the glass is broken, we install a temporary cover while we wait for the ordered glass to arrive from the supplier. Important! We do not manufacture glass ourselves. We order proven, modern glass from the well-known American manufacturer Cardinal Glass Industries.

Can you restore a window if it already has rot or severe damage?

It all depends on the extent of the damage. We always strive to repair and only recommend complete window replacement as a last resort. We work with rotten wooden elements, selecting materials and paint so that it is impossible to distinguish them from the material of your window.
